How do I find products on Jeanss.Net?
At Jeanss.net online store, you can find a variety of popular designer jeans, brand clothing and fashion accessories for men and women. You can browse the products by categories and by designer brands. To find a specific item, use the “Search” form located in the lower right hand corner of the website. For complete product information, click the product image and it will redirect you to the product page displaying color options, dimensions, pricing and discounts.
How can I add a product to the shopping cart?
To add an item to your Jeanss.Net Shopping Cart, please select size and quantity, then press the ”Add To Cart ” button located in the lower right side of the product page. To continue browsing our online store, please click on “Continue Shopping”. If you are no longer interested in an item and decide to remove it from the shopping cart, use the Update cart option. To complete your order and provide payment, please select the “Checkout”.
Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
To buy clothing online with Jeanss.Net you need to create an account. Registration on our online store is very easy - all you need to do is provide your valid e-mail address and submit a password. Once you set up your Jeanss.Net account, you can submit payment for the goods, track orders and create tickets. Please carefully review the quantity, size and color of the items before submitting the payment.
How do I pay for my items?
Once you proceed to checkout, please indicate your billing and/or shipping information in the required fields. Afterwards select the available payment method on Jeanss.Net. For the moment, you may provide payment through Alert Pay. Shortly, our customer will be able to use other payment method, so please check the site for updates. Note that billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Please double-check all data you entered and then submit the payment.
Do you ship worldwide?
Jeanss.Net store ships worldwide to more than 80 countries through DHL Express Courier. All the countries we ship to are displayed on the checkout page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on the country destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page.
Does the shipping charge depend on the weight of the order?
Yes. You pay one fix shipping cost and an additional charge for the weight of the parcel. Our system will automatically calculate the amount you are due for the order.
What is an approximate weight of products?
The approximate weight of a pair of jeans is about 900 gr. The average weight of a t-shirt is about 200-400 gr. Leather items can be as heavy as 2-3 kg.
Do I have to pay for taxes and customs duties?
Please be informed that you are responsible to provide payment for the customs fees and duties. To help you avoid customs duties we ship your order as a “GIFT”, at a low commercial value. However, prior to placing an order with us, you are strongly advised to consult your local customs laws for fees, restrictions and regulations. Please note that Jeanss.Net store is not responsible for charges you may have to pay when receiving the order.
Why do you split my order in more parcels?
We divide large orders in smaller parcels in order to help you avoid paying extra custom fees and duties. The maximum weight of the parcel must not exceed 2 kg (4.4 order Pounds (lbs.)).
What should I do once I receive the first parcel of my order?
As soon as you receive the first part of your order, you are kindly asked to contact our Customer Support via Live Chat. The other parcels will be shipped out shortly after your notification.
It is more expensive to ship out several parcels; will I be charged more for shipping?
No, you will not be held responsible to provide payment for each shipped parcel. You pay one shipping charge, and Jeanss.Net covers the other shipping expenses.
Do you offer free shipping for orders of $200 and over?
Yes. However, please check the conditions of the promotions and the countries the promotion is available for. To check whether the promotion is available for your country, please verify the checkout page.
Do I receive warranty on my items?
Most items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Prior to shipping the items we verify each piece to make sure they’re all new and with tags attached. In case you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact our Customer Support and we will ship out a replacement or refund.
Are your products authentic?
We guarantee the authenticity of all our products. All items are sold with original tags and holograms. If you receive an item that is not as described or damaged, we fully refund the purchase price. Also, please be notified that Jeanss.Net is a merchant verified by Visa and PayPal.
How long does it take to process an order?
The orders are usually processed within 24-48 business hours from the payment moment. Once shipped out, the orders are delivered within other 2-3 business days. Please be informed that the international orders may delay due to custom inspections and procedures.

Will you be getting in a product that is out of stock?
Usually, the items shown on the website are part of a one-time supply and so it is unlikely that we can get the same product in again. Please contact us via Live Chat to check product availability or be offered other similar items.
If the size I need is not displayed, does that mean it is not available?
We try to cater for most tastes and offer a big choice of brand clothing and designer jeans with many colors and sizes in stock. All the merchandise available for purchase is displayed on the site. However, please contact our Customer Support to check availability of the product you wish to buy with us.
Do you sell online only?
To be able to keep our items at lowest prices we sell online only.
